At IntelDev Software Solutions, we're developing an enterprise-grade solution for the 811 system, purpose-built for utility locating companies and utilities themselves.
Most software in this space is generic, profit-driven, and not designed with locators in mind. Many are built as outdated web apps using JavaScript, requiring constant internet access to function. This often results in frustrating delays and lost productivity when locators can’t find a strong Wi-Fi signal. We’re fixing that.
Our new app, ID811, is being built from the ground up using modern Microsoft technologies (like .NET MAUI and C#) to run natively on mobile and desktop. It’s designed for offline-first operation, so locators can open, update, and close tickets even without internet. Data is stored locally and automatically uploaded when a good connection is available — no more spinning wheels or dead zones blocking your work.
